We are proud to have Brittany on our team. Brittany’s background as both a teacher and administrator, as well as a licensed and experienced Accident & Health/Life agent, afford her the perspective and skills required for taking on this very important and highly valued task as our Client Implementation and Support Director.
Brittany works closely with our clients through all phases of implementation to ensure we are doing the heavy lifting – not our clients. Her administrative expertise is invaluable to provide the high level of customer support we deliver.
Marketing & Communications Specialist
Jim brings to the table 25 years in the Computer Industry both in management, and as a developer of customer support applications, relationships and communications services. This followed with another 20 years as a company founder and entrepreneur in various service industries.
Jim realizes that premier Client and Agent services both in the pre and post sales phase of any marketing venture are paramount, and are the cornerstones that will drive an organization towards continued excellence, while it builds its brand. Aligning itself with quality people, products and creative thinking, outside the box, must be, and will be of the highest quality, in order to distinguish the Willserv brand from any other.
